The seasonal clerkships run for three weeks. To be considered for a seasonal clerkship, you must be in your penultimate year of study and be a permanent resident when you apply.

Your Application
Each year we receive hundreds of applications for a seasonal clerkship with the firm. Our successful applicants have an understanding of the firm's history, have been able to demonstrate a genuine commitment to our values, have some personal insight into what motivates them, and can discuss why they are interested in plaintiff law.
Your application should be submitted via CV Mail which can be accessed by the Apply for a Seasonal Clerkship link below. No paper based applications or applications submitted by any other electronic means will be accepted.
Applications 2009
Applications for seasonal clerkships will be accepted from Monday 16 February 2009 until Friday 27 March 2009.
Offers 2009
Seasonal clerkship offers will be made in accordance with the Law Institute of Victoria's guidelines and will be made from 9:00 am on Monday 18 May 2009.
